So after talking to my best friend I finally overcame my fear of letting people know that I’m trying to lose weight …

I went round to her house today and, since it turns out that were both trying to lose weight, she was my personal trainer for the day. We did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes strength training!!

I felt amazing!! I can’t believe I did it!! My first workout of 2014!!
