Running everyday.
The entire month of April I went to the gym like 5 times a week, and for the last 2 weeks I’ve been running every day for about 40minutes.
I’ve been eating normally and healthily. 1500-2000 cal. a day.
I’m already getting a thigh gap, and the muscles on my legs are getting pulled up, and my tummy is flattening.
I decided I’m no longer going to worry about weighing myself, I’m just gonna weigh myself once at the end of every month. It’s about how you feel and look, I don’t want a number to define me.
